Does RoastFlow replace my ERP?

No. An ERP such as Odoo records and organizes important business processes. RoastFlow works alongside those systems to connect sales, inventory, purchases, and costs, maintain the context of the operation, and tell you when something needs attention.

Does RoastFlow connect to every sales channel?

Not every channel has a direct connection yet. Shopify can connect today, and we evaluate the available options for bringing in data from your other channels.

How do I know the numbers are right?

When RoastFlow finds something uncertain, it waits for your approval. Every number can show its source, such as the invoice, lot, or order behind it. RoastFlow also tells you when information is missing and it cannot answer with confidence.

Who is RoastFlow for?

Roasteries selling through more than one channel: the shop, a website, marketplaces, and wholesale. The more places your activity is recorded, the more there is to bring together.

What does it cost?

Books is $99 per month, a flat price you can cancel anytime. Roaster OS is in early access, and its pricing depends on the systems and integrations your operation requires.

What do you need from me to get started?

How you calculate costs today, where your sales are recorded, and access to the systems that hold that information. We map the operation with you before anything is connected.

How long does onboarding take?

Standard connections are set up with you directly. If your operation requires development or a custom integration, we evaluate it with you before you start.

Where do I ask questions and receive alerts?

From WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack. You do not have to open a dashboard to get an answer or to hear that something changed.

Can RoastFlow take actions on its own?

Only with your approval. Anything uncertain waits for you, and the actions prepared in Roaster OS are reviewed by you before they run.

What happens when information is missing?

RoastFlow tells you it cannot answer with confidence and names what is missing, instead of estimating a number.

Do I have to stop using my spreadsheet?

No. Most roasteries keep it at the start. Bioma stopped using its spreadsheet as the center of the operation after about two months.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Books is month to month, with no commitment beyond the current month.

Find out what every bag is really earning

In thirty minutes, we will review how you calculate costs today, where your sales are recorded, and what kind of view RoastFlow could build from your roastery’s data.
